FINANCING The Nevada Street Apartments have been financed through the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, Trenton, NJ. 

Subsidized Housing Partners has in their ten years of existence purchased over 4,000 apartments.  SHP Management Corporation presently manages over 3,000 of these apartments.  SHP's goal is to double the number of apartments owned and managed by the end of 2007.  We strive to maintain a friendly, supportive, and productive work environment for our many valued employees.  We will continue to provide attractive, safe, and comfortable housing for our tenants.  We, at SHP, want to be known, not as the biggest, but as the best.
