Arlington House Apartments is a Senior Citizen Apartment Complex located in East Orange, NJ designed to provide housing for low to moderate income citizens, 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled.

The complex is under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency and is subsidized under the Section 8 Program through the US Dept. of H.U.D.
The Apartments
Arlington House Apartments contains 178 apartments: 35 efficiencies and 143 one-bedroom units.

All apartments are furnished with refrigerators electric ranges, kitchen exhaust fans, vinyl flooring, window shades, emergency call system, smoke detectors and air conditioning unit sleeves.

The building also includes 24 units designed for the handicapped and all public areas are barrier free and handicap accessible.
